The living room and kitchen have gigantic panoramic window giving you gazing rights over 4 of San Francisco's most beautiful all the way through the bay and Alameda.

We are looking for trusted subtenants who will truly care for the space and treat it with the same respect and love as the owners do.

The mid-century home features a tastefully decorated interior with a giant well-maintained back yard. Ideally looking for tenants through EOY but flexible on the start/end dates with minimum 2-3 month lease term.

There are three bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with very comfortable CA King bed and view onto trees in the back yard and a private patio balcony with very comfortable furniture
- Kid room has been designed as, well, a kid room, but the bed can fit an adult if they are under 6ft.
- Guest room is a playroom/dayroom space with Peloton bike but the couch (American Leather) opens into a full queen mattress which is as comfortable as a real bed. Victorian double slide doors close it completely for backout conditions and privacy from living room
