The host is very pleasant. Sylphe was very flexible with the check-out time. In short, completely fine. The view is beautiful,over the sea. The pool is also fine. cleaned twice in 3 weeks. It is also nice that the villa has a large veranda and it is located in a quiet area. The villa itself is clean with enough towels but the necessary cobwebs in the ceilings. However, the villa does have the necessary maintenance backlog. It smelled quite musty when we entered. The host only indicated at the end of our holiday that the kitchen will be replaced in November, so we have experienced the "old" kitchen and it is really substandard. Also not enough drinking glasses and cutlery available (only5 spoons). Despite the fact that it is shown in the photos, and everything works fine, the kitchen looks really old and worn out. In addition, a partly rusted bathtub and a shower curtain hanging on a fairly bent rod. In one of the bedrooms a drawer unit that was simply broken. Also on the terrace a terrace table with 2 wooden chairs and 2 plastic chairs (the third wooden chair was almost broken when we came in), 6 sunbeds of which 4 had a mat and 2 did not. All not super important, but for the price we paid it is not in balance. In addition, the air conditioning worked fine, with a timer. So at night we had to turn the air conditioning (timer of about half an hour) back on several times when we woke up from the heat.All in all a nice villa, but for the price we paid we would not recommend it.

Grand calme avec piscine

Arrivée indépendante grâce à la boite à clés. Propriété close, pratique pour notre animal de compagnie. Piscine très agréable. barbecue à gaz, canapé extérieur très agréable, TV de qualité, machine à laver appréciable. Maison fraiche totalement climatisable L'alarme est compatible avec notre chat de 6 kg. Mais cuisine vétuste (comprend tout de même un lave vaisselle et congélateur).

Gemütliche Finca mit traumhafter Aussicht

Als Freundesgruppe von 5 Personen haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders die Terrasse mit Ausblick aufs Meer und den Pool haben wir sehr genutzt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zwar etwas älter aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und sauber.

Badly in need of maintainance/renovation

Did not live upto expected standard (safety & condition): kitchen falling apart,rusty bath (potential to cut), exposed wiring, ceiling lights (X2) appeared to be falling down Almost all internal walls had major cracks running through them Not fully availiable until 2 hours past check in time (accepting we were a late booking, but it should still be availiable at the stated check in time) No welcome pack, not even a bottle of water,only 1 toilet roll for two bathrooms provided, no bin bags, no washing up liquid, no dishwasher tablets (later provided) Mouldy shower curtains & bath safety mats( these were replaced), no bowls (then provided), international TV not availiable for first 3 days Outside area and sitting room was very good Tranquil setting with lovely view Owner dismissive/in denial about property condition, more focussed on prior expenditure on outside furniture and beds - all part of owning/renting out a villa VRBO ineffectual

Villa Calahonda is a beautiful house which perfectly accommodated our group of 6 adults and two children in its three bedrooms. The booking process was easy and fast, and the pictures provided accurately depict the property. Sylphe, the manager, was very friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. The villa is nicely located on a hill, with an amazing sea view which can be enjoyed from the garden. The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to restaurants, shopping facilities, and beaches, all of which are only a short drive away. The villa is clean, well-maintained and equipped with all amenities needed to spend a nice vacation. The highlight definitely is the garden with the private pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely house, Great location

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this house. The view is Fantastic, the house is charming and well laid out for our group og 3 generations. Everything was clean and welcoming. The pool was clean and well maintained. Our landlady went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had everything we needed. The area is lovely close to Marbella and all kinds of fun and shopping. I would definetely recommend this house .

Sehr schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Pool!

Die Villa Pandan ist ein ideal gelegenes Haus auf den Hügeln von Calahonda mit schönem, eingezäunten Garten, Pool und wunderbarem Meerblick von der Gartenterrasse aus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet an Ausstattung alles was man für seinen Urlaub braucht. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse und ein großer Tisch für schöne Grillabende. Wir wurden durch den Verwalter herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit dem Haus vertraut gemacht. Das Haus liegt zudem sehr ruhig und erhöht über einer Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Entfernung zu den lokalen Stränden, Restaurants und Geschäften beträgt keine fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder!

Super schön

Das Haus ist wunderschön ganz oben und egal wo man hinschaut sieht man das wunderbare Meer , leider erreicht man die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in ca 20 geh min, , daher ist es sehr empfehlenswert sich ein Auto zu mieten, wir hatten eins und man ist in 2 min unten ,Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam , es ist einfach wunderschön , das haus lässt ein gleich wohl fühlen, man ist schon sehr hoch mit dem Haus aber wenn man dann noch die Dach Terrasse nutzt sieht alles noch viel viel schöner aus , die Vermieterin ist ebenfalls toll, sehr lieb, nett und Hilfsbereit ,Wir waren zu 6 dort mit ein Kind und ich kann es einfach nur weiter empfehlen , für jeden der das haus nutzt wird es lieben und den Urlaub komplett genießen, Vielll Spassss für alllle
