Cooinda - Your "Happy Place" at the base of Mt Buller

Cooinda, meaning “Happy Place”, is a cozy and comfortable retreat designed for relaxation after a day of adventure. With a fully equipped kitchen, all linen provided, and plenty of extras like books, games, and a free to air TV, it has everything you need for an easy, enjoyable stay in the High Country.



Just a 5-minute drive to the Mt Buller resort gates and a short walk to the Mt Buller bus stop, Cooinda is perfectly located as your base for skiing, hiking, mountain biking or exploring the region year-round.



The Space



Cooinda features a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, ideal for sharing meals, curling up on the couch to watch a movie, or simply taking in the beautiful mountain views through the windows.



Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed with open ensuite including a spa bath and separate toilet.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed with generous wardrobe space.



Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds – perfect for kids or extra guests.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook up a storm – pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, crockery, and everyday essentials like tea, coffee, olive oil, and pantry basics. There’s also a BBQ on the deck for relaxed outdoor dining.



Step out onto the front deck to enjoy views of Mt Buller and the chance to spot native wildlife grazing nearby.



For winter stays, a drying cupboard and washing machine make it easy to keep your ski gear warm and ready for the next day.



Guest Access



Guests have full access to the entire house and backyard, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind.
