- This property does not require entry through the main Pine Mountain Lake gate, allowing guests to avoid the $44/car gate fee unless accessing community amenities (golf, lake, or pool)
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing out, and 1 camera is on the back door facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
