This stunning lake house offers the ultimate in private waterfront living. Beyond the private access to the beach a private swimming pool awaits providing an additional oasis for relaxation & fun.
Enjoy the views of the lake while you hang out in the pool or lounge on the deck. Start your morning with bird watching & beautiful views around. Wind down with a bon fire as the sunsets. This house is a perfect sanctuary to relax, gather with families & friends, recharge and have fun.
The space
This exquisite Five bedrooms (8 beds), Three Full Bathrooms, a powder room Lake house offers unparalleled luxury and comfort. Boasting private & direct access to the beach and a serene private swimming pool.
Enjoy this spacious & beautiful newly renovated, appointed interiors, designed for both relaxation & entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is chef's delight, featuring modern appliances & ample counter & storage space, perfect for preparing gourmet meals or casual snacks.
With Five bedrooms, this house provides ample space and privacy for large families or groups.
Main Floor Description: Three bedrooms -Bedroom 1: King Size Bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Bunk bed - 1 double, 1 Twin Bed on top and 1 Twin bed roll out.
One Full Bathroom & a Powder room. Laundry Room, Living room with TV & Kitchen & dining, access to the backyard via deck.
Walkout Basement Description: Two Bedrooms -
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed and Bedroom 5: 1 Queen & 1 Double Bed.
Two Full Bathrooms, dedicated workstation. Living Room 2 with TV, walkout to the pool area, Children's playroom with TV & a Single Mattress. Extra Queen Mattress provided upon request.
Outside, the expansive grounds invite you to embrace waterfront living. Enjoy direct, private access to the lake ideal for picnic, sunbathing, swimming. Cool off in the refreshing private swimming pool, or simply relax on the spacious deck, taking in the breathtaking views while grilling food or enjoying marshmallows around the fire pit.
This house is a perfect setting for making memories and enjoying the luxury.
Pls note the pool is maintained and cleaned on a weekly basis. The water quality is tested too. The mature trees around the house and the winds can cause dead leaves and debris to accumulate in few hours on the pool which is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and help with using skimmer net to remove the natural debris as needed.
You can park ONLY 4 to 5 cars. Please note we do have one spot of car parking available in the garage with Tesla Charger (not EV Charger)
The house is located in a beautiful town of Port Colborne. So much to explore and enjoy. Be ready you’ll be On Lake Time once you arrive this beautiful town ☺️
Guest access
Please note we require all our guests to sign a waiver form. The waiver form is for the use of Private Pool, Private Lake and Fire Pit. We take our guests safety seriously and we request that you sign the agreement (waiver form) as soon as you receive.
After your booking is completed we will share a link of the waiver form with you.
🚘 You may park your car inside the garage. We have Tesla Charger on the premises for you to use.
🛟 We encourage you to carry your own life jackets and sunscreen.
🪵 Pls get your own logs for the Fire Pit and kindly clean up after use.
🔥 For the Bbq Grill: We encourage you to buy your own propane cylinder for convenience. Kindly, clean the bbq grill after you use.
💦 Swimming pool: We professionally maintain and clean the pool on a weekly basis. We also cover the pool with Solar blanket to keep the temperature warmer, avoid water evaporation and this helps keep the pool clean as well. We have beautiful mature trees around the house and the leaves & waste ends up in pool. We request all our guests to put the blanket back after you’re done for the day.
🏡 Our lovely neighbours mostly are seniors. We will appreciate if you keep the outdoor pot lights switched off 10 PM onwards. They prefer calm evenings.
🚬 Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside of our property grounds. If you smoke on the road ensure you clean the cigarette butts. Do NOT throw them on the driveway or curb side.

Other things to note
Please note it's common to have black bugs, called midges. They are very common to the region. We recommend you to not open the windows (they can squeeze in through nets) Use doors with precaution.
Also please note: It's all private beaches. You can access the lake through our private access and use the beach that is exclusive to the house. You can't go to the neighbour's beach. Respectfully walking along the shores is okay. Please use our private beach only to picnic, frolic around and swimming.
We can comfortably accomodate 14-16 registered guests. Bedroom No. 5 has 2 beds (1 queen & 1 double) when we get a request of 16 guests we provide 3rd bed (double mattress).
And only adjust the numbers if guests requests up to 18 registered guests including children.
Guests are responsible to gather all their garbage and take it with them. We provide the details of the nearest landfill. The city allows only 2 bags every 2 weeks. We ask guests to help us take their own garbage. Recycling is just fine and can be discarded in the blue bins provided.
