⚠️ Just a quick heads up: there is ongoing construction in the Burleigh area, including jack hammering at times. Most heavy work should wrap up by the end of November, but some noise may still happen into next year.

The Gold Coast Light Rail project is also active around Burleigh, which can mean daytime noise, traffic changes, and general construction nearby. Rates have been adjusted during this period.

There is also construction on buildings in front of and beside the complex, so you may hear noise between 7am and 4pm on weekdays.

Lastly, the indoor pool is currently closed until further notice.
