The Gold Coast Light Rail project is also active around Burleigh, which can mean daytime noise, traffic changes, and general construction nearby. Rates have been adjusted during this period.

There is also construction on buildings in front of and beside the complex, so you may hear noise between 7am and 4pm on weekdays.

Please be advised that building construction is currently underway adjacent to 2nd Avenue Apartments. During and after construction, views of the ocean will be reduced. If your apartment is pool-facing, you will still have views directly ahead.
