Welcome to ‘Be Our Guest’, a luxurious beach retreat in Miramar Beach just steps from the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps up to 14 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

Enjoy your own private pool and firepit area, complete with lounge seating, twinkle lights, and a BBQ grill — perfect for afternoon cookouts or relaxing evenings under the stars.

Take the complimentary 6 seater golf cart for a short ride to the beach and spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine at one of the most beautiful coastlines in the country.

Inside the Home

Second Floor (Main Living Area)
Step into an open-concept living space with brand-new furnishings, including two sofas (one sleeper sofa), two swivel chairs, and coastal-inspired décor. Gather for movie nights on the Smart TV or prepare a family feast in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and dining for 10. Enjoy Gulf views from the balcony, the perfect spot for your morning coffee.
Also on this level: a queen bedroom with Smart TV, shared bathroom, and balcony access.

First Floor
Ideal for kids and teens, this level features a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, Smart TV, three arcade games, and a PlayStation 4. A king bedroom with pool access and a shared bathroom rounds out this level, along with a laundry closet for added convenience.

Third Floor
The master suite offers the ultimate in relaxation, featuring a plush king bed, Smart TV, work desk, and a luxurious en-suite with dual sinks, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking Gulf sunsets.
Also on this floor: a second king suite with private bath, Smart TV, and balcony access, plus an additional laundry closet in the hallway.

Great place, great location

Great place. The rooms and living area are ample for large groups. Clean and tidy. Pool was smaller than we thought based on pictures, but close enough to the beach to make up for it.We’d stay again.

Belated 50th Birthday Girl's Getaway

The house was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Plenty of room to spread out. Everything was bright and cheerful. Having a golf cart and some beach gear to use was exceptionally helpful. It was close enough to the beach, but away from the noise. Tucked back into a peaceful little corner, but accessible to everything we needed. Can't wait to stay here again.

40th Birthday Celebration!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience to enjoy my 40th birthday! The house was as described in listing- clean, spacious and beautiful. The beach was just a couple blocks away, numerous restaurants within 2 miles, grocery, anything you needed. The golf cart came in super handy bringing all the beach things to and from every day. Everything was perfect!

Spring Break

We loved our stay! The house was big and had enough space for both of our families. It was beautiful! We loved the area! It had everything you needed within close distance. The rental company was amazing! From answering pre-travel questions to being available during our stay. We had a plumbing issue during our stay and it was fixed within the hour. This was one of our favorite vacations! We loved it so much we are rebooking to go back next year. The house literally had everything you needed except for food! They had beach chairs, cooler, toys, bikes and plenty of cooking supplies. Having a golf cart was awesome! You could park your car and use it to drive everywhere. The beach is absolutely beautiful! There were some no swim days because of rip currents but we stilled enjoyed the beach those days anyway.

Great house very clean. Excellent beach and you can enjoy your coffee from the balcony.!! We had great communication from the Diamond staff and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beach house. It comfortably accommodated our family (12 in total). Golf cart is very useful. We would love to stay in their beach house again on our next trip to Destin Miramar Beach, highly recommend this property!

Sweet, quiet and quaint

Wasn’t expecting this property to be off the beaten path- but it wound up being very nice ...and quiet. Super easy getting to the beach with golf cart and bikes. Perfect views at beach. Back patio/pool are was PERFECT. BEAUTIFUL furniture (downstairs bed was sunken in) but over all this was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful area with lots to do

The property was very clean and the communication with the property management company was fantastic. There was someone to great us upon our arrival and there's plenty to do in the area. It's a little more commercial than what we're used to, but that's nothing against the house or management company. It's just a very crowded part of the panhandle with a lot of road construction, so try to get everything you need in one trip so you're not running out a lot. The pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but still had a great time in it with our family. We did experience more maintenance issues here than we've had in the past. Bruce, the maintenance manager was wonderful and on top of every single thing we reported. It was mildly frustrating to have to report so many things though. None of them were major; just wish we didn't spend so much time on our vacation reporting issues, even minor. We would definitely rent from this company again based on their level of communication, however, would ask them to do a more thorough check of things like the ice maker, and making sure there's a hose, and that the oven is clean and usable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property - perfect for multi-generations. The pool was greatly appreciated when swimming at the beach was not an option. The only negative was the dishwasher - the dishes had to be really cleaned before they were put in the dishwasher or they came out dirty. Loved the Netflix availability

Beach house was great!

We love the beach house. We had 13 people and had plenty of room. The pool was a bit on the small side but the little kids loved it anyway. The golf cart was great to have to take rides to the beach and local restaurants.Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
