Strictly no house parties or events. Bookings made for parties will be cancelled WITHOUT refund, and guests must VACATE immediately. This also applies to unapproved extra overnight guests.

- Strictly no party allowed.
- Quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, no loud music or gathering.
- Drugs and excessive alcohol are strictly prohibited at all times.
- Smoking allowed OUTDOORS only, away from entrance and and windows, with proper disposal.
- No overnight visitors.
- Keep yard clean.
- Food and drinks in kitchen/living areas only.
- E-bikes and related charging devices are prohibited anywhere on the premises at all times due to fire safety concerns.
- Pet is welcome with pre-approval. If you take pet, you will be fully responsible for your pet, including but not limited to cleaning and pet's safety.
- Please clean your dishes after use.
- We care about the cleanness of the property very much, however, due to the size of the house, if there is any part about clearness that is not met your satisfaction, please contact me when you check-in. I will send cleaner to re-clean. Any cleaning excuse to get refund are not acceptable.
