Discover a dual-level apartment just a short drive from Glebe Markets, Foreshore Parks, the Sydney Fish Markets, and Newtown’s buzzing dining scene. The open-plan living area flows onto a private balcony ideal for alfresco dining, while the full kitchen, central air conditioning and heating, and dedicated workspaces make city stays effortless. With an internal laundry, secure underground parking, and thoughtful styling throughout, it’s perfectly suited to families and professionals alike.
Please note that there is ongoing scaffolding and façade repair work on the building until further notice. Workers may be present in common areas, and some noise may occur starting from 7:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to consider this before booking.

On the ground floor, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, workspace, ensuite, and a small balcony for quiet moments in the fresh air. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms are styled for rest—one opens to another small balcony, and both includes a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work. A shared bathroom on this level features a rain shower, mirrored storage, and complimentary toiletries.
Enjoys access to the building’s shared areas, including secure central gardens perfect for a quiet stroll and a welcoming ground-floor reception area with indoor seating.
