OUR HOUSE HAS: - Individual backyard - 2 bedrooms - Combined living room and kitchen - Bathroom - Laundry room - Garage - Electric industrial fence, electronic gate and alarm - All in plaster, porcelain tile and thermoacoustic roof tiles - Very spacious, cozy and close to hospitals, markets, gas station, pharmacies, butcher shop, snack bars - Located in a super quiet place and family environment. - All furniture is new and we care a lot about the hygiene and cleanliness of our home. Accommodation: The space has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, plus two single mattresses. All bed linens, blankets, and towels are sanitized after each stay. Living room and kitchen with all new furniture, including refrigerator, stove, table, sink with counter, sofa, and television, as well as all household utensils. Super clean and cozy bathroom. Laundry room has a sink, clothesline, ironing board, and iron. Guest access: Access is private and there is a garage for a pickup truck. Other observations: We are very helpful and attentive to our guests.
