Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed with high-quality linens, a private balcony overlooking the grounds & pool, a large walk-in closet with a Pack `n Play, and Smart TV with streaming apps and Spectrum Cable.
Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin-sized bed, large dresser for storage, and Smart TV.
Living Room: Sectional Sofa sleeper that pulls out to a full bed and a reclining sofa offer spacious relaxation in the living room with a Smart TV for family entertainment. Linens provided for the sofa sleeper.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware and utensils for family meals, plus an extended countertop with seating for two. Standard coffee pot and Keurig included.

Policies: No smoking, no pets, no trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed. Bikes must be secured in the front courtyard.

Key-less entry door code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property. The villa has one parking space. If there is a potential that you will need a second space, you must contact host prior to arrival for second hangtag. NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Minimum age required is 25. No Smoking. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the house or move it from one room or floor to another.
