Snow drifts quietly across the slopes as you settle into the warmth of the living room, watching skiers carve their final runs of the day down Blackcomb Mountain. Mornings begin with soft light filtering through expansive picture windows, the mountains just beyond, while evenings invite you to unwind beside the indoor fireplace as winter settles in outside. From the comfort of this one-level townhouse, the rhythm of mountain life feels close and unhurried.
Set on Blackcomb Mountain’s Merlin’s Run, this ski-in/Ski-out retreat places you steps from the action when conditions allow. A short one-minute walk connects you to Merlin’s Run, leading toward the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is seasonal - typically late December through March - and depends on snow levels. After a day outdoors, return through your private entrance and store your gear in the mudroom before heading inside to warm up.
Living spaces
The open living area blends comfort and function, with comfortable furnishings, a TV, and a sofa bed for additional guests. Large windows draw in natural light and frame snowy views, while the dining table seats six for relaxed meals or evening conversations. Heated floors in the kitchen add a welcome touch on colder mornings.

The full kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before first tracks or a hearty dinner after a day on the mountain. The townhouse sleeps 6 across 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom includes two low twin bunk beds, thoughtfully arranged for flexible sleeping. A second bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Step outside to your patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, or unwind in the hot tub within the complex after a day on the slopes. The property also includes secure underground parking for one vehicle, with additional free street parking available.

High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance work and mountain time. In-suite laundry, heating, portable fans, and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay. Self check-in with a smart lock allows you to arrive on your schedule. Long term stays are allowed.
Here, winter days revolve around the mountain, and evenings are best spent fireside, watching snow fall beyond the windows.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Getting Around:
• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 7-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill
