This property was designed from the onset to be comfortable, quite and relaxing. It features four bedrooms, all of them having ensuites. There are two living areas with a two way indoor heater for the winter months. There is also a large home theatre. There are two extra half bathrooms, one in the house and one in the pool room. There are also two home offices and Starlink internet. Experience peace with the nearest neighbour being over 100m away and windows being double glazed. The pool is heated to around 26 degrees during Spring, Summer and Autumn. The house is all one level with no steps. Say hi to the alpacas (Snowball, Slippers, and Midnight ) and relax with the whole family at this spacious and tranquil place to stay. There are numerous wineries, bush walks and world class uncrowded beaches in the area with Berry regularly having shows, concerts, and farmers markets. This property pretty much runs off grid except for a small amount power available for the grid. Please know that there is not unlimited power for running the pool or charging cars etc.
