Matt is a tremendous host! His house is very well equipped with home goods, the house has a very friendly floor plan with a nice flow to it. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional. The house was spotless! Bedrooms were good sized, bathrooms very clean and modern. I had my grandkids and there is a secret playroom stocked with kids toys! My grandkids were down there every day. There is also a grill we took advantage of and had a few family barbecue dinners. It was overall a great experience and would definitely stay there again. Matt also suggested some tourist sites for us to visit and surprised us one morning with a "Sweet Treats" delivery. If you are planning to visit the Vancouver BC area with a group and want to stay together you can't go wrong here. We had 4 adults and 2, sometimes 3 grandkids but the house can handle larger groups, 100% satisfied!

We had the opportunity to stay at this house for 10 days. It was a beautiful home in a great location (Burnaby). The house was clean and well maintained and well stocked. We took advantage of the nice kitchen and the BBQ along with making good use of the large TV to watch a few football matches. The host was friendly, responsive and very helpful, so thank you Matt. Not a cheap proposition but during this WC 2026 event, there were no deals !!
