Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, 55" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a dual-sink vanity and spacious walk-in shower. Two additional upstairs bedrooms complete the level - one with a king bed, and another designed for families with a twin-over-full bunk plus a separate twin bed. A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks serves both rooms.

Sleeps 8 adults, 9 all together if children ages 13 and under are included (it may never exceed 8 adults - max 9 with children - enforced 24/7 per city regulations).

Tahoe Island is a quiet, centrally located South Lake Tahoe neighborhood known for its relaxed, family-friendly vibe. You're just minutes from Pope and Kiva Beaches, Camp Richardson, and the South Tahoe Bikeway trailheads perfect for family rides through scenic forest and meadow landscapes. Groceries, restaurants, mini-golf, bicycle rentals, and coffee shops are close by. Heavenly Ski Resort, Emerald Bay, and popular trailheads are all a short drive away.

We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature. The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters
