Small residence with 4 apartments. Located on the first floor, in an extremely quiet area, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful, bright living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa, coffee table and TV, plus a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, electric kettle, induction hob, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, storage space, hairdryer and WC.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed and storage space
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×200), air conditioning and storage space
