☝️ Guest Capacity:
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests (11-16) by providing foam mattresses.
☝️ Footwear Policy:
To keep our home fresh and clean for everyone, shoes and outside slippers are strictly NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. We'll provide indoor slippers (Adult-size only) to use during your stay.
☝️ Extra Towels & Linens:
Need more? Just let us know! Available upon request with a small additional fee.
☝️ Property Care (For both Short-term and Long-term stays):
Please treat the house with care. Any damages to the property, furniture, or amenities will be charged to cover repair or replacement costs.
☝️ Short-term stays (1-20 days):
All electricity and water costs are included in your rate—however please be mindful and ensure doors and windows are closed when using air conditioners.
☝️ Long-term stays (21-days and more):
• Deposit for LONG-TERM stays:
We require a 10% security deposit prior to check-in as stated in the contract that will be shared to you prior to check-in. Electricity and Water costs will be deducted in the deposit.
• Electricity & Water:
We cover up to ₱4,000 for electricity and ₱1,000 for water only. If usage exceeds these amounts, the additional cost will be calculated based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out days and will be billed to the guest accordingly.

You'll have full access to the entire house, including all appliances: stove, microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils, TV, and WiFi.
