Set in a quiet pocket close to Sorrento Beach, this home is built for easy coastal living. The private pool, heated spa, full size tennis court, fire pit and multiple outdoor areas give families plenty of space to relax, play and spend time together.

You are only minutes from the best of Sorrento. Beaches, cafes, walking tracks and local shopping are all close by, which makes the home a great base for families wanting both convenience and privacy.

*Pool heating is available for an additional $175 per day. The pool warms to 30 degrees with gas heating. It will not reach spa temperatures. Without paid heating it runs on solar and relies on sunny weather.

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 15.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. No pets.
