No Property Manager Interaction, Electrical in Master Bedroom needs fixing. (Lights flicker or do not turn on. Ceiling fan not working), Outdoor Yard needs some TLC, Bigger water heater (ran out of hot water for shower, Shampoo/Shower soap for second bathroom.

BEWARE: 1. Table lights didn’t work. Ceiling light 9 feet in the air could be turned on by standing on the bed and reaching above head. We had to send videos and photos of the lamps and that we tried them in other outlets.2. Bong and jar of weed in the living room 3. Privacy and safety-Strangers allowed onto property in the backyard twice WITHOUT alerting us. Pool maintenance on Friday afternoon and lawn company with three men and all their equipment at 8:00 AM on Saturday4. Fuse blew in both bathroomsno power and would not tell us where the fuse box was. Owner told property manager they were not allowed to send maintenance to address any of the issues. Vrbo contacted and told that maintenance would come that day and we returned home that evening and no one had come. We finally found the box on the house outside by the curb and reset ourselves.5. No propane for the clearly advertised grill (in the heading of the listing even which has now been removed) Property manager asked the owner if they could fill it and was told no they don’t provide that and it was not advertised. I had to provide screenshots to be able to get propane. 6. Other small issues like buttons not working on the microwave. 7. There were lovely patio lights but the property manager would not tell us how to turn them on. We looked for a switch but never found one.**Largest issues were that the owner would not allow the property manager to assist us and the invasion of privacy and safety concerns.

The outdoor space was wonderful for enjoying. The pool was too cool to swim in as it is not heated and we visited in February. The kitchen was well stocked.The living area was nicely set up.The king bed was comfortable but the queen was not the most comfortable.The location was close to highways, and is about 40 mins from the airport.
