私はあんずママ。稲花の TŌKA のオーナーであり、この場所で暮らしを育む人間です。もともとは東京で子育てをしながら、小さな教室や食にまつわるお店を営んでいました。しかし、ある大きな病気をきっかけに「食べること」「休むこと」「生きること」の意味を見つめ直す時間を得ました。そこから「身体をつくる根本は“素材”にある」という思 いに至り、無添加・無糖・グルテンフリーの米粉パンづくりを始めました。
やがて私は「ただ泊まる宿」ではなく、「身体と心を整え、自然と調和し、自分自身を取り戻す場所」をつくりたいと願うようになりました。そんな想いでこの古民家を手にし、リノベーション・DIYを重ねながら TŌKA を育んでいます。自然・食・暮らしを愛し、訪れる人ともその想いを分かち合いたい。そんな “場づくり” をしてきた人間です。

それから数年後、縁に導かれ国東半島へ移住し、この古民家と出会いました。かつて庭と畑、鶏や合鴨、山羊たちと暮らしたこの家は、私の原点と重なりました。広い庭、畑、動物たち、そして海・山・川・光。ここでこそ、私が大切にする「自然と身体と心の調和」が実現できる。そう強く感じたのです。
