You are welcome to a newly built Legal suite that has 1 bedroom, Living room, Kitchen with full bathroom. You can book for this 1 bedroom with a friend and enjoy the facilities in the Basement. This is a good location at Belvedere, Easthills Costco, Cineplex, Walmart, Dollarama, restaurants, Home sense other key stores and clinics. This is located at the Calgary city central area, you can easily connect to downtown, airports, Aquatic centers for Swinming and other public places. There is direct Max purple buses to Downtown, and bus 68 to University, Alberta children hospital from this location. It is a 6 minutes walking distance to city bustop and just 5 minutes drive to a Lake. Location has a green field and nearby gym also. This is a Safe area and there is Cctv and Smart lock by the entrance door. You can enjoy WIFI, work station in the apartment and there is cooker, oven, coffee maker, blender for you to cook your food in the kitchen.

I chose this Easthills area because it is in the central area of the city , it is easy to connect with all the areas of the city and this place is near essential stores like Costco, Walmart and public facilities including a Police station, Cinema, Aquatic Swinming pool centre, playground for children , green field area to play outdoor. The Children school is also like 12 minutes to the house , and there is school bus. We have good and peaceful neighborhoods also .
