Looking for the perfect, private beach retreat? You've found it! This lovely, nautical-themed home is both close to the beach and is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. When you're out and about, enjoy the close proximity to numerous annual festivals, delicious restaurants, vibrant shops, and of course, the gorgeous beaches surrounding the Gulf of Mexico.

Recently remodeled and boasting stellar indoor and outdoor living, as soon as you pull up to your stay you'll feel right at home! The plush living room comes adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and carefully curated decorations. The chef of your family will adore the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gleaming quartz countertops. When mealtime rolls around, dine together at the quaint dining table. This home has central air conditioning.

Get outside and enjoy a true focal point of the home, the enclosed backyard! Framed by the warm glow of the twinkling lights, this space features an outdoor kitchen with a flat top grill perfect for a hibachi night, ample seating, a covered patio, and plenty of grassy space - perfect for yard games and corn hole competitions.

As another day on vacation comes to a close, fire up the grill and prepare to host an excellent barbecue for your loved ones.

Not as pictures show

The house was dirty; we all had black feet. The furniture was dirty. Kitchen cabinets and dresser doors were broken. The grills did not function at all. The garage was also dirty. Kitchen was not stocked with items to cook with.

CAT URINE ODOR

Cat urine odor started at the entrance and permeated the entire house. No hotels were available because it was the July 4th weekend so we had to stay. We cleaned as much as we could. The rental manger did not respond to my 4 attempts to contact her through email, texting, live chat, and phone until the second day. Broken cupboard doors in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Keurig machine had mold growing inside and was not usable. Living room recliner and couch were covered in cat hair and stained and not usable. Outdoor grill was not cleaned and not usable. Broken bench on outdoor patio, holes in the walls because there are no door stops. Though advertised on the listing, there was no pack and play. The rental manager did not offer any assistance in cleaning the cat urine odor or cleaning the grill but asked me to write a positive review.

In need of maintenance and carpet replacement.

Vacasa apparently based in Oregon is managing this property. Issues were recognized by Vacasa, although the answers were as if AI was used. Owner called once and acknowledged she knew about the issues and blamed previous “spring breakers” on the condition of the house. Bedroom carpets were absolutely filthy with a stench. Blinds had slats missing with chew marks. I’m compiling a photo album of many issues needing addressed.

Does not Look like Pictures at all

This house was disgusting! The pictures on the listing make it look so nice but it doesn’t look anything like that when you walk in. The pictures on the listing must be super old. The carpets were massively stained, most of the window blinds were broken/missing, kitchen cabinet doors were hanging/broken, the flat grill outside was just pure rust, just all around disgusting. I have never been in a house this bad before. The only good thing from this day was when I told them about the shower head in the master bath, not working, they did actually go and fix that. I have uploaded some of the pictures that we took when we first got there.

Overall the stay went well. The location was good but the overall cleaning of the house could have been better. The outdoor grill was so dirty it was not even usable for us.

Clean nice place that allow dogs!!

The rental was nice and clean. Fairly simple. They had an enclosed yard that was good for the dogs. The owners were available and promptly responded to concerns. The keyless entry was a little frustrating
