We rent our pleasant T3 apartment of 62m2 + 20m2 south-west terrace, located on the 3rd and last floor with a view of the pines (private park planted with trees and reserved for the residence).
You are only a 10-minute walk from the beach, the train station, the Parc des Dryades, and the shops.
Fiber internet connection. Ideal for teleworking.
The very bright apartment consists of 2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 1: with bed (180X200) and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2: with washbasin area, 2 beds (80x190). 1 sofa bed (140x200).
Bathroom bathtub (without swirl), separate toilet.
Kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels, dish towels and basic necessities are provided.
Private parking space.
Accommodation without elevator. No smoking. Pets not allowed. Cleaning by you (or package 90€).
Entry and exit on Saturday, or Sunday

Séjour très agréable d'1 semaine dans ce bel appartement très bien agencé avec une superbe terrasse. Rien ne manque. La résidence est très calme , proche des plages. Le propriétaire est accueillant et à notre écoute.Adresse à retenir . . Les pièces sont bien agencées, la grande terrasse très appréciable, et l'environnement calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et prennent contact rapidement pour organiser le séjour.

Bel appartement bien équipé, avec grande terrasse, sans vis à vis au milieu d'arbres, quartier résidentiel, à 10 mn de la plage à pied. Tranquilité assurée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Un séjour agreable

Appartement spacieux,lumineux,calme, parfaitement équipé.Déco soignée et contemporaine.Excellente literie.Le gros atout:une terrasse ensoleillée,sans vis à vis (fauteuils,transats,table,store motorisé). L'accueil des propriétaires fût chaleureux.Je recommande vivement cette location.Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable et confortable.
