Brand-new interiors, surrounded by large windows, create a bright, spacious feel. With an open plan living and dining space joining the main bathroom, powder room and two bedrooms. The kitchen gives access to an additional two bedrooms.

Set back from Normanby Road, allowing a large yard space that is drenched in sunlight throughout the day. With a small patio with comfortable seating items for a perfect summer day in the sun.
