The Space:

Welcome to your Rainbow Point getaway, a peaceful, sun-filled home tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. From the moment you arrive, the easy flow of the property and its relaxed holiday vibe make it an ideal base for families, couples, or friends.



A pathway through tidy gardens leads to a spacious deck where you can enjoy Taupō’s sunshine or unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the living area feels warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light. A heat pump/ aircon keeps the space comfortable in any season, and the garden views will add to your relaxation. For added flexibility, the lounge includes a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, providing an extra sleeping option. Kindly note that the fireplace is not available.



The modern kitchen has everything you need for a convenient stay. Everything has been recently refreshed, so the home feels clean, bright, and well cared for. The kitchen is equippped with a 'Dolce Gusto' coffee machine (BYO Pods).



The master bedroom is a lovely retreat with a queen bed and its own ensuite with a bathtub, and walk-in wardrobe, while the additional bedrooms are light and comfortable with a second queen and two single beds each. There’s also a family bathroom with a separate toilet for added convenience , plus a generous laundry with direct outdoor access.



All bedrooms are equipped with both heaters and fans, ensuring our guests stay comfortable year-round , cosy in winter and cool during the warmer months.



For those bringing outdoor gear, the large internal-access garage offers loads of room — even big enough for a 6 meters boat — and the fully fenced section provides peace of mind to leave your little ones running around.



This home is ideally located just minutes from Wharewaka’s new commercial area, where you'll find a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, mini golf, and the popular family entertainment spot Drop Zone. The 2 Mile Bay Sailing Club and boat ramp are only a 3-minute drive away, and the lakefront is an easy 5-minute stroll from the house. A quick 2 minute walk will take you to the Ploughmans Pub and Restaurant and the best fish and chip shop in town.



Whether you’re here to relax, adventure around the lake, or simply enjoy the quiet, this Rainbow Point home is set up to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.



Amenities:



Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
