Strict No-Smoking Property: This is a strict no-smoking property. Smoking of

any kind is prohibited inside the home and on the premises. A $1,000 smoking

fee will be charged if this rule is violated.







Pet Policy







* A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation.

* A $200 fee per pet, per stay will apply.

* Pets must be well-behaved and supervised at all times.

* Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

* All pet waste must be properly disposed of in designated areas.



Pool Heating







* Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

* Guests must request pool heating in advance to ensure the system is activated before arrival.

* Please no children in the pool without adult supervision. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty.



BBQ Grill







* Use of the BBQ grill is permitted.

* A cleaning or usage fee will apply.

* Guests must turn off the grill after use and follow all posted safety instructions.



Trash & Waste







* Discard all trash or food waste from the refrigerator and around the house in the outside trash bin (left side of the house).

* All trash must be placed in a trash bag; no loose items should be left in the bin.

* Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.

* Lights & Energy

* Turn off all indoor lights before exiting the property.

* Leave the outside front door light on.
