New apartment, very close to the sea, with views of beautiful mountains and magnificent sunsets. Common area includes: Adult pool, children's pool, 2 spaces for children: an outdoor playground and an indoor kids' area with a ball pit. Court for lovers of football, beach tennis, or other sports. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. We cannot accept animals under any circumstances. We accept +2 guests, reaching 7, upon payment and Extra charge.
The space
The apartment has a spacious living room along with the kitchen. The balcony has a small barbecue and space for two chairs. The bedrooms are spacious and airy.
Guest access
The condominium has a swimming pool for adults and children that are available for guests' use. There is also a children's playground and a games room for children. In addition, there is a well-equipped gym for those who like to stay in shape. The sports court is right next to the apartment and allows the practice of various sports.
Other observations
Our condominium is very well located.

We have a bakery, a greengrocer (with a market), and supermarkets nearby.
