- This 2-story property requires exterior stairs to access. While the full bathroom is on the 1st floor, additional stairs are required to access the bedroom and half bathroom, which are on the 2nd floor
- The cabin is accessed by a long gravel road with steep sections (the steepest part is paved). Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is not required, but is recommended to access the property (particularly during the winter months)
- The cabin utilizes filtered well water and is safe for all uses, but it does have a sulfuric smell to it. Guests may prefer to bring their own drinking water
