気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション
Both the host & the owner of the property do NOT keep their words and promises. Everything seemed fine when I booked. Upon arriving the host was very nice with very detailed instructions however i found it very strange that the code to get in had changed. I arrived at the property around 7.30 pm. To my shock the new and original code did NOT work. I called immediately to discuss with host including text and got NO reply for 2hrs. Yes, I was outside for that long with no way to get in while I also contacted VRBO associate that led to 2 associates we finaly got the owner to call me back. He admited after severall failed attempts that the lock was defective. He than gave me his # and it worked. He than preceded to say he would have on the next morning a key for me and or have someone come by and fix the lock.He never at any point showed any business apologies to say what can I do to make this right. To make matters worse the host ndicated to me that the washer was broken and they would fix it asap. I had to ask him to compensate me for this really bad experience after a while he agreed to provide me with a gift card for dinner for my daughter and I. As the days kept going no gift card no washer repaired. The host stalling blaming it on him. I never got any compensation. Last the place is like the pictures however the condition of the knife that had rust on them, bathroom tiles that had mold on them and the lousy install of the plasma tv that sits very crooked from the couch.
