Blanco Haus - Sweet Family Escape near Theme Parks
Soft, spacious, and grounded in simplicity, Haus Blanco is a modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home and we have designed the place for comfort and calm.
Our place is perfect for travelling groups and family. You’re just a short drive from Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, and Westfield Coomera—yet tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood that gives you space to rest.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Master bedroom – Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe
• Second bedroom – Queen bed
• Third bedroom – Queen bed
• Fourth bedroom – One trundle bed and one single beds, ideal for kids or friends sharing
( The trundle is usually set as a single but can be prepared as an extra bed upon request for a small additional fee—just let us know in advance so we can make it cosy for your stay.)
The Kitchen
Toaster, kettle, and essential pantry starters (oil, salt, etc.).
Full sets of cookware, utensils, glassware, and plates
Outdoor Area with BBQ
There’s a covered patio area with outdoor seating—great for casual dining or hanging out with the family.
A gas BBQ is available for guest use, perfect for an easy cook-up during your stay.
Please bring your own gas bottle, as gas is not supplied.
Guests have access to the entire home except from the garage.
Please note that the garage is reserved for private storage and is not accessible during your stay.
Guests are welcome to park on the driveway or street-side, but please be mindful not to block neighbours’ driveways.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)
Pets should not be left unattended inside unless securely crated, and we kindly ask that they stay off furniture and beds. Any additional cleaning or damage may incur further charges.
