Thank you for the 4-star review! We're so glad you thought the place was terrific, but we're sorry the stairs made your arrival and departure so difficult. The altitude can be a real challenge—even for those of us who live here—and carrying heavy luggage, coolers, and gear up several flights of stairs certainly doesn't make it any easier. We do include the elevator status for all of our units in both the listing and the guest portal so guests can plan accordingly, but we completely understand how that information can sometimes be missed. Your feedback is appreciated, and it helps remind us to keep looking for ways to make those details as clear as possible.
