Step inside a place where time loosens its grip and the breeze does the talking. Honeysuckle Cottage is an older style beach house with all the character you hope for and all the comfort you need.



Immaculately clean throughout with beautiful cross ventilation and a garden that feels like a warm invitation, it’s a home that speaks to simple pleasures and long summer days.



The fencing is made from coastal hardwood that looks like driftwood collected from the shore and the frangipanis spill their scent across the yard. It feels like the holidays you remember, with the ease you crave now. Duck to the beach in a minute. Wander home sandy and sun kissed. Settle in with a book while the afternoon light moves softly across the room.



Inside you’ll find an open plan living, dining and kitchen with a coffee pod machine for slow mornings, two calming bedrooms, one bathroom and a washing machine for convenience. Books and board games for unhurried evenings. Outdoor dining and BBQ for laid back meals in the garden. Pedestal fans and flyscreens for when the ocean breeze is not enough. Fresh bed and bath linen and Leif soaps and shampoos for a lovely touch of luxury.



Bring your bikes. Cruise the flat streets. Take on the town. Park on the street for free with no limit. Most of all rest, relax and let Brooms Head work its steady magic.

Life moves slower here and days stretch out kindly. You can wander to the water in moments and the flat walk means sunrise swims are effortless. Walk to the Bowlo, The Kiosk or the Brooms Head General Store. Everything feels close yet nothing feels crowded.



Getting Around:

It’s a flat and easy walk to the beach and bikes are perfect for exploring the town. Free on street parking is available right out the front. Brooms Head feels made for simple movement so once you arrive you’ll slip easily into a rhythm of walking, swimming and pedalling from one beautiful corner to the next.

Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher or dryer.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have the cottage entirely to yourself so your stay will be peaceful and private. We’re close by if you need anything and always happy to help with local tips, favourite beach tracks or anything that makes your time in Brooms Head feel even easier. Otherwise you'll barely notice us. You’ll arrive in your own time and feel cared for without interruption which is exactly how holidays should be.
