The space
Rochville is the rear townhouse of the two properties, located at the end of the driveway. The 2nd carport is yours to use.

The house is two storey, both bedrooms are ensuite and upstairs. The ground floor has a designated lounge, dining and kitchen with direct access to the outdoor deck and courtyard. The small rear courtyard is off the laundry and includes a guest half bath.

Guest access
The entire house is yours during the stay.

Due to the nature of the property being two storey, it would not be suitable for less abled guests or young children.
