Lake house - Salinópolis/PA

Hey there! If you're looking for a blessed house, free from noise disturbances, with incredible views of the lake and the Atlantic Ocean, a house consecrated to the Lord where you can spend time with your family, relax, and explore this amazing city of Salinas, you've just found it. Remember that you are about to rent an entire private house just for you and your family, and it goes beyond a hotel with rules, because here you will have free access even at check-in and check-out. We can check if we can make it easier for you to have immediate access for your stay; just let us know, as the caretaker lives far away. If you want to add more people after booking here (THE HOUSE COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATES 19, AND A TOTAL OF 25 PEOPLE INCLUDING HAMMOCKS, MATTRESSES, AND SOFA BEDS), you can, but I request that you inform me directly through the platform beforehand. If it exceeds 16 people, you can also contact me directly through the platform. I will create a request for you to inform the house staff of the correct number of people arriving (pool attendant, gardener, caretaker, etc.). (Housekeeper). Our house is located on the beachfront of Espadarte beach in the Atalaia subdivision, on the same street as Governor Helder Barbalho's house, to be more precise. It has all the smallest possible decorative details, which you will see in photos on this platform. We provide all the bed linens. As shown in the photos (WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH TOWELS OR A TV, BUT WE WILL SOON). However, all beds include fitted sheets, flat sheets, mattresses, comforters, blankets, pillows. The suites are all 3 superior suites with closets and, as shown in the images, 1 suite on the lower floor. There are 2 new mini-fridges in the superior suites. PLEASE NOTE AGAIN, THERE IS NO TV. The house has a playroom, a deep pool, a children's pool for babies, and parking for several cars (where up to 7 cars have fit before). We only have one camera in the garage and two super docile dogs that stay in their kennel. We only keep them leashed when we have guests staying in the house. They are for alarm purposes but don't disturb or interfere with anything. THEY MUST REMAIN LEASHED WHILE THERE ARE GUESTS IN THE HOUSE. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO UNLEASH THEM. ATTENTION: We are new here, we have been renting since December 2025, and only now have we transformed this incredible house to welcome you as guests. During your stay, we will contact you once a day (if authorized, of course by you) to find out how your stay is going, if there have been any unforeseen issues with our house, and that we can resolve them during your stay. If there's anything you'd like to request that might incur an extra charge, please talk to us; resilience is the foundation of everything. We would, of course, like everything to always be perfect and for you to always return, because of our concern in better serving you and understanding what our guests want. We would be very grateful for your help and feedback during your stay. If the total is too high, please don't hesitate to talk; we can see if we can lower the price depending on your stay.
