A very nicely appointed and tastefully decorated place to stay. A short walk to restaurants, parks and waterfronts, yet very quiet and off the beaten path. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.

The property had a musty, moldy smell. Parking was a problem as it’s a common driveway used by other homes, and I have a big vehicle. The place was dirty, spots on the comforter, dirt and spots on the walls,. The owner lives on the property and was very nice, but it was hard to get past the condition of the rental. I left early and got a partial refund.

Check in process was easy. The location was great. Other than that, it left a lot to be desired. This was the dirtiest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The apartment was warm and musty. The shower was very dirty. The sink and faucet had soap scum all over. The walls, doors, and furniture were dirty. There was mold on the fridge door. The pillows were old and dirty. The floors were so dirty that our socks turned black from them. There were gnats everywhere inside.
