Located on the lower level of the main house, this 1 bedroom unit has its own private entrance via a side pathway. The path is quite steep, so it is best suited for physically fit guests. There is a ramp to help with luggage, but due to the incline, it is not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges.
This place is perfect for couples who respect the main house residents. It is quiet, private, and nestled in the safe, leafy neighborhood of Forestville. A coffee shop and a local pizza spot are just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a morning latte or enjoy a casual dinner where locals often catch up every day.

Modern, Compact Kitchen: Includes a fridge, freezer, microwave with grill, two-burner induction cooktop, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle and cooking essentials like cooking oil. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Peace & Privacy: It is quiet and private, though we ask guests to be respectful of the main house residents.
Guests can access the property using a key stored in a secure lockbox. Detailed check-in instructions, including a unique lockbox code, will be sent one day before your arrival for a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.
We are available to answer any questions via the app or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
Despite its leafy setting, Forestville is just a short drive to some of Sydney’s most famous beaches, including Dee Why, Curl Curl, and Manly, all within 15–20 minutes. For city adventures, Sydney’s CBD is about a 25-minute drive in good traffic, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds: coastal relaxation and vibrant city life.
Locally, you’ll find charming coffee shops, bakeries, and casual dining spots, giving Forestville a warm, community feel.
