It features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two en-suite), and a large family bathroom with double sink and bathtub.
Enjoy the heated pool (28°C) from April 15th to October 15th, and a 100 m² wooden terrace — perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing under the sun.
Located just a 10-minute walk from sandy beaches and the GR34 coastal trail, this modern, bright single-storey villa sits on a 1,890 m² private plot, set back from the road in a peaceful, green environment.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (central island, oven, 2 dishwashers, fridge, toaster, plancha grill), an open dining area, and a spacious, light-filled living room with access to the terrace and landscaped garden.
