The chalet sits on the peaceful shores of Rivière-Bleue, offering a warm, cozy, and intentionally small lakeside getaway. Its compact layout is perfect for smaller groups seeking relaxation, comfort, and direct access to nature—while larger groups may find it tight.

You'll be surrounded by endless outdoor possibilities—fishing, lake activities, hiking, scenic explorations, snowmobiling and ATV riding on the Témiscouata trails

With 2 closed bedrooms with bunkbeds, the condo comfortably accommodates family and friends.

✧ Bedroom #2: 2 Double beds (bunk) + small 30” TV
All the bedding is included!
Note that the distance between the top beds and the ceiling is narrow, only a few feet.

✧ You will have a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) at your disposal from the end of June

✧ In winter: walking on the lake is possible—always exercise caution and avoid risky areas. Lakes are generally frozen between January and March. Always at your own risk.

*PETS*
Pets, including dogs and cats, are not allowed.

*NOISES*
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

*DRINKING WATER*
Please note that the tap water at the cottage is not potable. Please bring your own bottled water. A gallon of potable water will be available in case of emergency.

*BBQ*
If you wish to access the area in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow; a shovel will be on site.

*TOWELS*
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach/pool and spa towels.

*SEPTIC TANK*
Out of respect for the environment and to prevent the tank from filling up too quickly, we ask that you dispose of toilet paper in the sealed odor-control bin provided for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding and for your eco-friendly action.
