burning fireplace, this inviting space is made for cozy mountain evenings

plenty of room to relax and gather, while the large flat-screen TV is perfect

for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Large windows fill the

room with natural light, framing peaceful Smoky Mountain scenery just beyond

the glass.

The newly remodeled, open-concept kitchen is designed to make cooking,

gathering, and relaxing effortless. Fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator,

microwave, and dishwasher, this bright and welcoming space offers everything

you need to prepare meals with ease during your stay.

The dining table seats eight, perfect for shared meals, game nights, or casual

conversations while cooking. Coffee lovers will feel right at home with the

fully stocked coffee bar, featuring both a Keurig and a 12-cup drip coffee

maker, along with essentials to start your mornings right. The kitchen also

includes a blender for smoothies, a toaster for quick breakfasts, and is fully

stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, and all the necessities

needed to cook and serve your favorite meals. Cleanup is simple with the

dishwasher, and for your convenience, dish towels, starter dish soap, and

starter dishwasher pods are provided so you can focus on enjoying your Smoky

Mountain escape.

propane grill for an easy outdoor meal, then gather around the fire pit as

evening falls—ideal for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and soaking in

Location/ Roads / Parking:

Getting to Riverside Retreat is easy and stress-free with fully paved,

motorcycle-friendly roads all the way to the cabin. The scenic drive makes for

a smooth arrival in most seasons. Please note that the driveway is uphill,

which may make access more challenging during winter weather if snow or ice is

present. Outside of winter conditions, the property is easily accessible and

welcoming for standard vehicles and motorcycles alike.

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend

a week before your stay.
