Welcome to Mountain Top Springs Retreat, a private luxury lodge perched above the Town of Fairmont Hot Springs and surrounded by towering pines, mountain peaks, and total tranquility. Designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable stays, this spacious mountain home is perfect for families, friends and relaxing retreats.

From mornings in the sunroom to evenings soaking in the hot tub or enjoying game night, this home delivers a true Rocky Mountain escape.

Disclosures:
Noise Monitoring: These devices do not record audio, they simply monitor overall noise levels. We have one setup in main living room area, one in back yard and one in front yard. These will send you and us a notification if noise exceeds acceptable levels within quiet time hours 10pm-8am.

Excellent option for a family or group. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together or have separation. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, pool table and the multiple lounging areas. Woke up to a flock of deer in the back yard. A beautiful majestic location with spectacular views!

The house is wonderful. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. The master bathroom with steam shower is such a treat. Hot tub is an arctic spa and was really enjoyable. Well stocked with games for the kids and the pool table was a nice addition. The nicest surprise was the landscape in behind the house. We went up the hill in the back and found a lovely trail to walk along. What a beautiful property. Just a note about the sun room with murphy bed. There is a half bath/laundry just down the hall next to the room. The room could use a lamp for the bedside and there isn’t storage for clothes. It is a “makeshift” room. BUT! It’s comfortable, the seating space is very relaxing and feels like a hide away. And the views are spectacular! We stayed in Feb 2026 so we know it is still a fairly new rental. That being the case, don’t expect many “extras” in the cupboards. There was only salt and pepper, coffee. Kurig machine but no pods. Certainly not deal breakers, but good to know when planning.Check out was easy. Garbage to the shed out back. Towels to the laundry room. Start the dish washer. I always appreciate when it’s simple like that. Definitely choose this property. You won’t regret it.

Our home overlooks the valley providing stunning views to soak up with your morning coffee, while the backyard offers a private hot tub to sink into after a day of adventure.
We love the forest surrounding our home and look forward to sharing it with you.
