We chose this specific property in Songdo because we lived here ourselves for a year. It is a relatively new building (completed within the last 5 years), but what truly sets it apart is the double-glazed windows. Many apartments in this area have single-pane windows, which can make Korean winters feel quite cold. Knowing this, I specifically selected this home to ensure my guests stay warm and cozy regardless of the season.
The location is also unbeatable. For expats visiting the G-Tower or Songdo Convensia, this is one of the very few properties that offers a spacious, family-friendly layout while remaining incredibly close to these business hubs. Plus, the high-floor views and convenient transportation made our time living here wonderful, and we wanted to share that experience with you.
