Beautiful, Clean, and Cozy suite

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the suite clean and that we were responsive during your stay. We would, however, like to clarify that the concerns regarding accessibility were communicated before your arrival. You were advised that the suite was **not suitable for elderly guests or individuals with mobility issues**, and the listing photos clearly show the stairs and access to the suite. We also discussed the stairs with you directly and offered a refund so you could make alternative arrangements that would be more suitable for you and your parents, but you chose to proceed with the reservation. Regarding the comment about there being “no sidewalk,” we respectfully disagree. The property has a designated pathway to the suite, which is visible in the listing photos as well as in the photo you provided. While we appreciate that the pathway may not have met your preferred standard, it was not something that was concealed or misrepresented. We understand that the suite may not be appropriate for guests with significant mobility limitations, which is why we make the access conditions clear before booking.
