Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $200.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Only small pets under 10kg are welcome with prior approval
We provide 2 apartment key, 2 key cards by default. If you would like a third set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes.
Parking Info
We offer complimentary parking for guests staying. Please DM us for more info and parking instructions.
Please let us know in advance if you will require a car park during your stay so we can arrange this for you. Late notice may result in delays in securing the space.
