The Living room comes equipped with a 75” Supersized Smart Tv, surrounded by an 8 person velvet sectional sofa set. Perfect for entertainment. Android IP Tv Box: "Live TV Streaming from Countries All Over The World." Movies, Documentaries, Music, etc. Netflix also provided. Home theater BOSE Surround sound.

Each of the three private bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable bed, quality linens, blackout curtains, and a dedicated workspace/desk, making it easy to focus if you’re working remotely or attending virtual meetings. Whether you’re traveling with colleagues or family, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy.

The home features 1 full bathroom, 1 three-quarter bathroom, and 1 powder room, ensuring no morning traffic jams and plenty of space for everyone to get ready.

-No smoking/vaping inside the house. If housekeeper detects any smoking an extra cleaning fee will apply. For your convenience, a standing ashtray is provided on the front porch for outdoor use.
-No unregistered guests or overnight visitors without prior approval.
-Only Max number of 6 registered guests approved at any given time. .
-No outdoor shoes to be worn in the house
-No pets allowed due to owners extreme allergies
-Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors.
-Please make sure to check out on time as the housekeeper arrives at 11 am. Failure to do so could incur a late check out fee
-Use at Your Own Risk. Guests are welcome to use the home gym/BBQ, but do so at their own risk. The host is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during use.
-Adult Use Only. The gym/BBQ is for adults aged 18 and over. Children are not permitted to use the equipment without adult supervision.
-BBQ and patio set available during spring/summer/fall. Stored away in the winter.

-ALL INSTRUCTIONS/IMPORTANT DETAILS ARE IN THE WELCOME BINDER UPON ARRIVAL, including keys, operations, etc. The binder is located in the kitchen. PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE BINDER.
