Ground floor :
– 2 separate garages
– 1 bike store shared with the neighbouring chalet
– 1 hallway
– 1 utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
– 1 boiler room
– 1 dormitory bedroom with 6 bunk beds (90cm x 190cm beds), TV, wardrobes, wet room, double basin, WC, and heated towel rail
First floor :
– Entrance with guest toilet and handbasin
– Living area with open fireplace (wood included) with open plan kitchen with island and central hob, and on stairway connecting the two floors, a Smart TV.
– Dining area opening onto the West-facing balcony with views over to Mont Chery and Pic de Marcelly, which leads down to the terrace.
– South East-facing terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
Second floor :
– 2 en suite double bedrooms (160cm x 200cm beds) with views on the pistes, Smart TV, wet room, double basins, heated towel rails, and cupboards.
– 1 double bedroom with Smart TV, bed 160cm x 200cm and wardrobes
– 1 double bedroom with Smart TV, bed 140cm x 190cm and wardrobes
– 1 shower room shared by these two bedrooms with shower and double basin
