The Space:

Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Epping—a spacious, family-friendly home that offers both comfort and modern living. This delightful, single-storey brick home features four bedrooms and is ideal for families or groups, with a thoughtful layout that provides plenty of space for relaxation.



The home includes a large, separate living and dining area with tiled flooring, perfect for gathering with loved ones or unwinding after a long day. The spacious timber kitchen, equipped with gas cooking, is ideal for preparing your favourite meals. Each of the four cosy bedrooms has built-in wardrobes, offering ample storage for everyone. The main bedroom also has its own private ensuite, while the second modern bathroom caters to all guests' needs.



For your comfort, all four bedrooms are equipped with portable heaters, each properly set up with a dedicated plug connection. Guests are kindly advised not to dismantle or alter these plug setups to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Spacious house with 3 toilets with everything you need. 10 minutes walking distance to train station and restaurants. Great for families. Dishwasher is a bit hard to use as it tips forward when the trays are pulled out and has heavy dishes in them.
