Designed for calm, low-stress city living, this light-filled studio blends modern simplicity with everyday comfort. Step into the living area where a comfortable Koala sofa faces a large-screen TV for effortless evenings in. The sofa converts to a queen-size sofa bed that can be prepared on request for an additional fee, making the space both a relaxed lounge and a flexible sleeping zone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, fridge and Nespresso machine, along with cooking essentials to make meal preparation easy. A central island bench doubles as a dining table or workspace, ideal for breakfast, casual meals or remote work. Step outside to a spacious balcony furnished with an outdoor dining table and seating for six, offering the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, alfresco meals or fresh air.

The bedroom is partially separated from the living area by a sliding partition, allowing privacy while maintaining an open feel. A queen bed with a Koala mattress and soft lighting set the tone for restful nights and slow mornings. The contemporary bathroom includes a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries for a smooth start or end to the day. A private laundry with a washer, dryer and shelving adds convenience for longer stays.

Central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Located on level 8 and accessed via lift, the studio offers easy access. While there is no on-site parking, Green Square Station is just a five-minute walk away, with local dining and the Green Square Library also within easy walking distance.
