The apartment is surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Take advantage of Melbourne’s easy to use tram system with a tram stop just minutes away, ready to take you to the CBD in a short, 15 minute trip.
Please put rubbish downstairs in communal bins provided at front of building
Please put dishes in dishwasher and turn on before check out
If fob to access building is lost, a $500 charge will be made to guest for replacement.
If fob to access parking is lost, a charge of $500 will be made to guest for replacement.
