This executive studio is ideal for guests who value comfort, convenience and a host who genuinely cares.
Set at Mantra on Queen, it offers sweeping city views and one of Brisbane’s most walkable locations.

The studio is bright, modern and designed for short or extended stays.
• King bed or two king single configuration available on request
• Modern bathroom with toiletries provided
• Built-in desk and workspace ideal for business travellers

• Excellent public transport access along Queen Street and Ann Street
Parking:
The building is located on the corner of Queen and Wharf Streets. Secure undercover parking can be provided at the property for $20 per night or there’s a public park next door on Perry Lane.
Parking at the building must be pre-booked with me so I can arrange a parking pass. Maximum vehicle height is 1.9 metres. Please be aware that the garage is narrow and not suitable for big SUVs.
If the on-site parking at Mantra on Queen is booked or your vehicle is taller than the height limit of 1.9m, there are nearby options you can book online:
• ParkMe - 27 Perry Ln – 1-minute walk
• Secure Parking – 480 Queen St (entry via Adelaide St) - 5-minute walk
• Wilson Parking – Central Plaza 1 at 345 Queen St - 9-minute walk
• Parking Made Easy portal – various bays in the area, good for flexible or longer stays
Please check height restrictions, availability and pre-book where possible to avoid disappointment.

Located on the ground level of Mantra on Queen, Hats on Queen is open for breakfast 7 days a week, with lunch and dinner available on selected days.
From your doorstep, walk to Howard Smith Wharves for riverside dining, Queen Street Mall, Eagle Street Pier, Central Station and Woolworths right next door, with Fortitude Valley’s cafés, bars, boutiques and live music just down the road.
The area blends historic sandstone buildings with modern skyscrapers, all set along the winding Brisbane River, and offers easy access to highlights such as South Bank Parklands and Beach, James Street and the Story Bridge climb.
