Enjoy Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and building perks including a pool and gym. A quiet, respectful, and contemporary urban home. You're just steps away from Mall.

We value your privacy and offer self-check-in for your convenience. However, we are always available via message should you need anything during your stay. We’d be happy to share local food tips or assist with any concerns.

Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, you are steps away from premier dining and the City Botanical Gardens. A 5-minute stroll leads to Eagle Street Pier for riverside dining or Queen Street Mall for world-class shopping. Perfect for those seeking urban convenience and scenic river walks.

You are also welcome to use the building's common facilities, including the outdoor pool, gym, and sauna. In-unit appliances like the dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all share to use. Note: No on-site parking included; paid parking is available nearby.

Your private sanctuary features a plush Queen-sized bed. The shared areas are kept sparkling clean. Please note the bathroom and living room are shared with the other bedroom, and we maintain a high standard of hygiene to ensure everyone's comfort.

Getting around is a breeze! An 8-minute walk to Central Station and 5 minutes to the Riverside Ferry Terminal (CityCat). Bus stops are right downstairs, and we are on the Free City Loop bus route. No car is needed to explore the best of Brisbane!

Strictly no smoking or parties allowed. Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM to respect our neighbors. Essential starter kits are provided, though daily housekeeping is not included. Don't miss the famous "Alice Espresso" cafe nearby!
